L-ement feat. Hendersin & Atlas - Fall Out The Sky (Remix):
NR Cyrkle is an artist management group founded and run by Corey Ricketts. The company is comprised of two solo artists: Hendersin, hailing from Western Massachusetts, and L-ement hailing from Southern New Hampshire. Corey, along with his administrative staff work to promote and network the pair. Each artist brings a different color to The Cyrkle’s open pallet. Hendersin combines trendy beats with a positive message and lots of similes. While L-ement’s raw lyrical ability and passionate flow positions him alongside artists like Atmosphere and Brother Ali. All in all the Cyrkle aims to encompass a variety of musical tastes, genres, and talents. You can check them out on TheCyrkle

BoomBaptist. I'm a Beat Fanatic member and have released a beat tape. I really just want people to hear my music. I have been making music for 13 years, am from Austin, Texas and love producing on the MPC/writing. I have worked with Nike on commercials and such artists as Large Pro, Termanology, Blackalicious, and more.
Dynamic "Beat Tape" by "BoomBaptist".Hard MPC drums with nice selected Samples, with a Touch of that Avantgarde Development and smth. between soft and heavy. Not all Instrumentals flashed me,but the most of them made me interested.hoohoooo.Many Gimmicks in Beat Structure.New and cräzy arrangements in some parts.Play!
The New York Duo "Phantogram" known as "Josh Carter and Sarah Barthel" released their Album "Eyelid Movies" last month via Barsuk Records and shared the first single "When I'm Small".It was more coincidence that i found it,so much the better it is right know.Great produced Song with many sound layers,if drums, samples or synthies. The lyrics performed by Sarah Barthel are epidemic and catches the listener for a journey.DL.
I just found this documentary. Can´t really tell if it´s worth watching, but it seems quite interesting:
"BEAUTIFUL LOSERS celebrates the spirit behind one of the most influential cultural moments of a generation
In the early 1990's a loose-knit group of likeminded outsiders found common ground at a little NYC storefront gallery. Rooted in the DIY (do-it-yourself) subcultures of skateboarding, surf, punk, hip hop & graffiti, they made art that reflected the lifestyles they led. Developing their craft with almost no influence from the "establishment" art world, this group, and the subcultures they sprang from, have now become a movement that has been transforming pop culture.
Starring a selection of artists who are considered leaders within this culture, Beautiful Losers focuses on the telling of personal stories. It speaks to themes of what happens when the outside becomes "in" as it explores the creative ethos connecting these artists and today's youth."
You might know the featured artists from some of the nicest coverart done in the 90´s. Some of them collaborated with musicians like the beastie boys, dj shadow or the mowax posse.. to me, it was at that time, the most thrilling thing to see how that kind of art and music perfectly merged together. I guess it wasn´t just me who got influenced by these foreword looking guys..
Preview on upcoming Pangaea Album by "Whosane", "Jimmy Flexx", "Nonku Phiri".Instrumental is contributed by "Oh No",at the outro i detect one of this amazing Ethio Jazz Tracks, maybe Fela or Mulatu, dont know exactly, maybe self-evident after the "Ethiopium" Album of "Oh No".So enjoy that nice Tune and keep ya eyes peeled for "Pangaea" and "Black Diamond".Dope!
