The Goodwill Projects from the makers of www.acapellarchives.com (originally on Blogspot, but banned their, and found a new home at www.shalomsalon.de) put out a compilation, not quite sure if it is mash up or radio show. Nevertheless a nice blend and forget not to check out the Archive and become a creative remixer yourself.

MoQuannum: Soul To Sole is a kindred fusion of past and present. To say the least, Motown records echo some of the greatest arrangements in musical history.

Quannum - originally known as Solesides - is a like minded collection of artists that came together to pool their ideas and energy into something prolific and independent in contemporary music.

Most recently Guillermo Chiapa contributed to the "Yasiin Gaye" Project which was created by Amerigo Gazaway.

I just wanted to inform you that at Millennium Jazz Music we've just released the 32nd album to come from our collective, The Jazz Jousters since the group came together in 2012. This time around the group was set the challenge to experiment with the sound of Jazz harp by Dorothy Ashby, the American Jazz and Soul Harpist and composer.

The album is an instrumental compilation called Connect The Dots, and we would like to submit this to you for a possible feature or album review on Rapohnelizenz. Besides our recent 2nd birthday celebration CD, this release is the first of the collective's albums to come with as price as we attempt to raise funds and bring our listeners a vinyl album sooner than planned.

In the description it says "The sound falls somewhere between the end of 70s heroin and the beginning of 80s crack ... " that's actually enough to give it a try and listen.
Not sure though if its really a OST for a real movie. Somebody should do some proper research on this!

"Rollo und Foxn – Still F.ö.ö." Video + Album-Stream

Im Dezember veröffentlichten die Kollegen Rollo und Foxn aus dem Verrückte Hunde Umfeld Ihr zweites beinahe Album Namens  „Still F.ö.ö“.  Neben den mopsigen Raps von Rollo (von Rollo und Foxn) sowie Foxn (von Rollo und Foxn), steuert Geraet (Cutcannibalz) alle Beats und Scratches bei.

Rollo und Foxn:

„Thematisch wird sich immer noch fööö an Abenden wie immer krank zwischen Jux und Dollerei bewegt, es gibt schließlich sonst nichts zu tun. Genretechnisch beschreibt sich Rollo und Foxns Musik am ehesten als hängengebliebener Boom-Bäp-Quatschkram."

Various Artists - Ode to Ghana

Thanks to Robot Orchestra & Shuffle Jack for sending over this dope compilation. You will find some of the usual suspects from our blog like Ja:Kova or Mono:massive and some new producer cats (i never heard about 'em before). Give it a listen and spread the word. Live the Highlife above is one of my favs so far. But the comp delivers a bunch of bangers. DOPE.
