Kazi unearthed an album he did with Madlib back in 1996 called BLACKMARKET. We'll be sending out a track in our next newsletter - sign up in the lower right hand corner. Below are a few tracks Kazi already has available on Bandcamp. BLACKMARKET was recorded at Madlib's bedroom studio, Crate Diggas Palace (Photos) in Oxnard CA on reel-to-reel tape. Kazi's first appearance on record was on Lootpack's Soundpieces: Da Antidote in 1999. The following year Kazi released the Madlib-produced EP Down for the Kaz and appeared on Madlib's Madlib Invazion EP, both on Stones Throw.
