Detroit producer Apollo Brown recently released his new instrumental opus Clouds to universal critical & popular acclaim. A lot of emcees have been laying down vocal sessions over the inspiring collection of beats, but when the newest emcee to sign with Mello Music Group decided to jump on Apollo's Heirloom instrumental, we had to share it with the world....
Has-Lo begins his verse over the relaxed beat contemplating the discovery of priceless treasures lost to time, then lays "a partition between me and the sea of emcees" that casually weaves it's way between claps, glimmering strings, and starightforward drums. As a bonus, the track fades out with cuts from Has-Lo himself.
