The Jazz Jousters - Connect The Dots

Good afternoon from London,

I just wanted to inform you that at Millennium Jazz Music we've just released the 32nd album to come from our collective, The Jazz Jousters since the group came together in 2012. This time around the group was set the challenge to experiment with the sound of Jazz harp by Dorothy Ashby, the American Jazz and Soul Harpist and composer.

The album is an instrumental compilation called Connect The Dots, and we would like to submit this to you for a possible feature or album review on Rapohnelizenz. Besides our recent 2nd birthday celebration CD, this release is the first of the collective's albums to come with as price as we attempt to raise funds and bring our listeners a vinyl album sooner than planned.

I have attached the artwork to this email and if needed more information can be found on our Bandcamp page. If you need any further information feel free to contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

"Grump isn’t a nice guy. Actually he’s a pain in everybody’s ass. Formerly he was known by the name of “Sampo” and was a nice creature from the woods – until he moved to the city and decided to stay. The city cocked him up: cheap beer, peppermint liquor, pot, mdma and cheap amphetamines, electro-raves and poorly performed rap-concerts, doddle girls … Grump works as a shaby call-center agent for a fucked up shoe mail-order. Grump is never sober, doesn’t have a life scheme and pretends he isn’t giving a damn about anything (actually he is though). Slowly he became a bitter cynic and a disgusting smart-aleck wisenheimer. Every now and then, Grump is helping out Geraet building some beats half-assed (he thinks he’s got some talent but it’s just unnoticed yet). These instrumentals is the outcome of their sessions .. "
