The song is a beauty, but what the fuck??? This is what the director had to say:

it was pretty disturbing watching these kids do this to themselves. but sometimes as an artist, you need to look past that and really document the lives of our current youth.it's unfortunate that some of the kids had to lose their lives or have permanent brain damage, but it's also positive in that it's a message for other kids to not mix cocaine and prescription drugs and beer together.
