Sad to hear about Naptown's funk legend Billy Balls passing, leader of the Upsetters, responsible for hits like "Tighten Up Tighter" and "Popcorn 69". Now Again Records published a free download of his classic "Sissy Walk". R.I.P. Billy Ball.
