Rumored to have been born in Atlanta Georgia in the early eighties or late seventies. It has also been said that Cloudy October has been through several name changes with the U.S government and a few facial reconstructive surgeries. He is currently unsigned and watches Knight Rider.more here.

Im not a big fan of Rock/Beats, but this one works. Cloudy October can handle this, Dope Mc and Entertainer.
